Tant si recorres els seus trams amb una BTT tradicional com amb una bicicleta el\u00e8ctrica, trobar\u00e0s tot el que necessites per viure el trajecte amb comoditat i seguretat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per fer-ho possible, els Consells Comarcals de l\u2019Alt Camp, la Conca de Barber\u00e0 i l\u2019Urgell han creat una xarxa de <strong>punts d\u2019autoreparaci\u00f3 i<strong> c\u00e0rrega<\/strong>de bicicletes<\/strong> al llarg de l\u2019itinerari, juntament amb quatre <strong>\u00e0rees de descans cicloturistes<\/strong> pensades especialment per a ciclistes, un a cada monestir (Santes Creus, Poblet i Vallbona de les Monges) i un altre a Montblanc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Els <strong>punts d&#8217;autoreparaci\u00f3 i c\u00e0rrega<\/strong> s\u00f3n d\u2019\u00fas lliure i estan equipats amb tot el necessari per fer petites reparacions o manteniment: inflar rodes, ajustar frens i cargols, tensar cables, reparar punxades o canviar rodes. Cada estaci\u00f3 disposa de quatre endolls per a bicicletes el\u00e8ctriques, suport amb barres de goma per penjar la bicicleta, eines fixades amb cables d\u2019acer, bomba d\u2019aire amb adaptador multiv\u00e0lvula, taula amb la pressi\u00f3 recomanada per cada tipus de roda i un codi QR amb instruccions en diversos idiomes, perqu\u00e8 qualsevol ciclista pugui utilitzar-les f\u00e0cilment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"614\" class=\"wp-image-4555\" style=\"width: 500px;\" src=\"https:\/\/gr175.larutadelcister.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Estacio-de-recarrega.jpeg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gr175.larutadelcister.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Estacio-de-recarrega.jpeg 932w, https:\/\/gr175.larutadelcister.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Estacio-de-recarrega-244x300.jpeg 244w, https:\/\/gr175.larutadelcister.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Estacio-de-recarrega-834x1024.jpeg 834w, https:\/\/gr175.larutadelcister.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Estacio-de-recarrega-768x943.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les <strong>\u00e0rees de descans cicloturistes<\/strong> ofereixen aparcaments amb capacitat per a 10 bicicletes el\u00e8ctriques per \u00e0rea. A m\u00e9s, compten amb punts de c\u00e0rrega solar i \u00e0rees de descans amb p\u00e8rgoles de fusta, bancs, taules de p\u00edcnic de pl\u00e0stic reciclat i arbres que aporten ombra i confort. Les p\u00e8rgoles amb plaques solars permeten la rec\u00e0rrega amb energia 100% renovable, contribuint a la sostenibilitat i la descarbonitzaci\u00f3 del turisme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Totes aquestes instal\u00b7lacions s\u2019han dissenyat amb cura per ser accessibles, funcionals i segures, respectant l\u2019entorn i la normativa urban\u00edstica.
